Jigra is an upcoming Indian Hindi language action thriller movie directed by Vasan Bala, who had an active engagement with Debashish Irengbam in writing the script of the movie. The movie has been produced by Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Alia Bhatt, Shaheen Bhatt and Saumen Mishra under the banner Dharma Productions and Eternal Sunshine Productions.
Alia Bhatt and Vedang Raina in the leading role. The film was announced in September 2023 and October 2023 witnessed the commencement of the principal photography. The shooting was done in different locations in Mumbai and Singapore before it was wrapped in February 2024. The official release of the movie is scheduled to take place on 11 October 2024.
