Maitri Visuals in Thiruvalla comes out with a new project called Prathimukham of which the trailer and teaser has been released by one of the most popular directors of Malayalam film industry Blessy along with Prem Krishna the collector of Pathanamthitta district. It projects the life of a person named Madhu who is born as a man but lives as a woman.
The movie is directed and written by a newcomer Vishnu Prasad. The movie also introduces Sumesh Ayiroor a play back singer and Karthika Vijayakumar a famous drama artist.
