Devadhoothan is a movie directed by Siby Malayil, making Mohanlal in the leading role. The theatres have been totally booked in advance after its release. When it was released in 2000 it didn’t become so successful in the industry where people were attracted to the then movies like Narasimham acted by Mohanlal.
We can see a lot of old movies are rereleased these days and becomes successful. Most of these movies were not so successful then but now the new generation is wholeheartedly welcomes them. Siby Malayil the popular director behind this movie says that these movies must be also released in other Indian languages as it’s so informative. Let’s hope the best response for Devadhoothan and Manichitrathazhu that will soon be rereleased.
