Kerala state film awards are already being declared by Saji Cherian minister of fisheries culture and youth affairs in the second Pinaray government in Kerala. Aadujeevitham, a movie narrates the miseries of an expatriate named Najeeb living in a desert guarding the sheep of his owner. Prithviraj, in the leading role had made the audience to experience the real tribulations of an expatriate in the past and exceptional performance made him be selected as the best actor of the year. Outstanding story line up, performance of artists, music and the originality people felt made the movie to be the most popular movie of 2024.
Blessy, the director of Aadujeevitham was chosen as the best director projecting the unknown realms of immigrant life with stunning technical excellence. The best cinematographer of 2024 is Sunil KS who excellently captured the emotions of each facet of the movie with a mix of tonal variations and symbolisms. Rasool Pukutty and Sarath Mohan shared the award for Best Sound mixing in the same movie. There are some other categories of awards won by Blessy’s Aadujeevitham that had taken the Malayalam film industry to a higher level.
