Jayasurya is a well known in the Malayalam film industry having acted in a number of hit movies in the leading role and the supporting roles. Following the release of Hema Commitee Report an actress had filed sex allegation against him which is still active in court. He completely denied all the allegations raised against him. The victim said that the incident took place in a location in 2013 but in reality such a movie was not shot in 2013 and the movie was not shot in Thodupuzha the place name mentioned in the complaint.
He said that he was not sure why such an allegation is raised now against him. He also added that he is a living martyr and when such allegations are brought forward the real voice becomes silent.
