Pravinkoodu Shappu is a recently released Malayalam movie which becomes a debut to Basil Joseph and Soubin Shashir. The movie is directed by Sreeraj Sreenivasan and produced by Anwar Raseed under the banner of Anwar Rasheed Entertainment. The movie was released on 15 January 2025. Soubin Shashir, Basil Joseph and Chempan Vinod star in the leading role along with Chandini Sreedharan, Shivajith, Shabareesh Varma, and Revathy in pivotal supporting roles.
It is a comedy crime thriller which says the story of a toddy shappu where its owner Komban Babu who is found hanging at the center of the establishment. It was found on a rainy night by two people who spend time by drinking and playing cards even after closed it.
