Salar2 is upcoming Hindi movie directed by Prasanth Neel featuring Prabhas, Prithviraj Sukumaran and Shruthy Haasan in upraising roles. The filming was started in The Ramoji Film City Hyderabad. It is the sequel to Salar which was released in 2023 and won a high range popularity. The sources say that Neel had already completed 20% of the shooting even before Salar was commenced in the theatres.\
Accordingly, the shooting was planned for June, but it was delayed due to heavy rain and schedule conflicts. The makers have confirmed that the shooting will begin in August, and it will be bound up with in 8 months. The makers expect that the movie will be officially released in 2025.
