Sharmila, a Tamil actress recently stated that Tamil Film Industry is free of any sexual violence against women unlike the Malayalam industry therefore there isn’t any question of setting any commission. She also added that even old actresses are not safe in the Malayalam Industry. Tamil industry has a special concern and respect to old women working in cinema field.
She said all these in a telephone interview she gave to a Tamil Channel in Chennai. She said any of the problems in the Tamil industry is solved by approaching Vishal or Karthick who are the executive members of the Film Association. She said that she had received some calls from Kerala with some hidden purpose.
