Malayalam megastar and Indian union minister Suresh Gopi made a detailed visit to the recent landslide affected sites in Wayanad, Kerala. Suresh Gopi, a follower of Barathiya Janata Party (BJP) said that the government under Sri Narendra Modi stands with the people of Wayanad and they will be relocated as soon as possible.
He also stated that the Central Government will certainly examine the legal aspects after carrying out the evolution of the landslides that washed away hundreds of innocent lives.
There is no political game to play at the face such a tragedy he also mentioned to the media. When asked about the further assistance from the central government, he said, “The state has to inform the Centre. Only thereafter can anything be said about providing assistance.”
