Well known Malayalam rapper Vedan, whose original name is Hirandas Murali, is reportedly taken into excise custody after he has been found with Cannabis from his flat in Thrippunithura. According Reporter live, five grams of cannabis were found during a raid conducted by the local police based on a tip-off.
At the time of the raid, Vedan and eight others were present in the flat. They had reportedly gathered for a “program discussion,” according to initial information. Officials have stated that a medical examination will be conducted to ascertain whether Vedan was under the influence of drugs at the time of the raid.
